TO RECEIVE A GLASS EMPTIES - ONLY LEGAL ENTITIES

The list of activities that individual entrepreneurs can engage in without a legal entity is proposed to be reduced. According to the project presented on the System of assessing the impact of legislation portal (SAILP), it is proposed to exclude from it the position “Services for Receiving Glassware and Recycled Materials (with the exception of scrap metal)”. This means that if the initiative of the State Committee on Ecology (project developer) is approved, individual entrepreneurs will no longer be able to receive glass containers and recyclables.

However, a transitional period is envisaged - 3 months, during which all existing individual entrepreneurs who carry out this type of activity will be able to register a legal entity. Centers of public services will assist them in this. Recall from January 1, 2019, the List has undergone significant changes. In particular, a number of previously permitted IP activities were excluded from it. 

The project can be changed, supplemented or rejected.
