Judicial reform program

The Ministry of Justice and USAID are implementing a program on judicial reform. The program will be implemented within three years, the cost is more than 10 million dollars. It is aimed at supporting the efforts of the Government of Uzbekistan to ensure the rule of law, reforming the legislative and judicial-legal systems, as well as to promote the growth and development of civil society in the republic.

The main aim of the program is the improvement of professionalism of lawyers and employees of the judicial and legal system, the formation of a favorable legal environment for civil society and non-governmental organizations.
