Higher Education Institution Development Fund

The Resolution of the Government (No.172 dated 26.02.2019) approved the Regulation on the Development Fund of Higher Educational Institutions of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

According to the Regulation, financial resources of the Fund are used for the following purposes:

• publishing of educational and scientific literature and filling the book fund;

• construction and reconstruction of educational buildings, student dwellings, sports facilities;

• procurement of information and communications, multimedia and network equipment, techniques and software;

• providing educational and scientific laboratories with necessary materials;

• attracting leading foreign scientists, professors and teachers;

• involvement of foreign experts and consultants;

• awarding and encouraging the winners of republican contests.
