Schools will be equipped with “emergency buttons”

The Government Resolution approved the List of objects protected by units of the National Guard service. Accordingly to this, the National Guard together with interested organizations until the end of 2020 will ensure the gradual receipt and maintenance of facilities based on the approved list. According to the Resolution, schools and objects of religious organizations are equipped with “emergency buttons”. The conditions for the protection of banks and their branches are established in accordance with the rules jointly approved by the National Guard and the Central Bank. In addition to this guarding facilities, security guards of the National Guard can carry out armed security escort of transit cargo, transport materiel, explosive, radioactive (poisonous) and other cargoes. Also, objects belonging to individuals and entrepreneurs are protected in accordance with agreements concluded at their request.
