The Regulation on Export Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade
By the Government resolution, the Regulation on Export Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade (May 6, 2013, № 373) has been approved. Basic functions have been determined by the regulation of Export Promotion Agency. According to this, one of the main tasks of the Agency is to support exporters with information and advice on marketing to access to foreign markets through the "single window" principle and pricing, transportation logistics, certification, standardization and quality control, tax and customs administration. The Director of the Agency is appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers on the proposal of the Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade. Evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency is based on the evaluation criteria and working indicators approved by the Minister.
